What Causes Loose Motion And Tingling Sensation In The Stomach?

Hey I am 38 weeks pregnant. Have been in preterm labour since 32 weeks. Had cervix checked other day. Said I was finger tip dilated. But today. Have been loosing yellowish jell like mucus. Probably plug. And baby has been moving much at all and is usually very active. Then suddenly. Started feeling sick to my stomach and have loose bowels. And stomach tightenings with no pain. Had 5 in 25 minutes. I ve had some false alarms. But nothing like this. Is it time to get serious now?
