What Causes Longer Gap Between Periods Followed By Extreme Cramps?

I m a 32 day cycle for months. Just last month I switched to 45 day cycle so I m guessing that s happening again this month because I m already on day 39 of my cycle. But I have had cramps for TWO weeks they come and go within seconds. Even some will give me the sweats or take my breath away but only for that few seconds? Why does this happen?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
28 to 45 days period cycles are normal, usually the menestrual cycle associated dysmenorrhea has no under lying defect or cause, but in your case the dysmenorrhea is from two weeks, where i would suggest you to kindly get examined by a local gynaecologist and get all the investigations done.
