What Causes Little Blisters Filled With Puss On Hands And Feet?

I have been getting little blisters on my hands and feet. It started out on my left foot. I ve popped them and puss comes out. They fill again with puss usually the next day. It was about two weeks ago that I noticed them. After I popped them I washed my foot thoroughly. The puss no longer comes out and they re more like red spots now. I was wondering if this can be a sign of an std or just a skin abnormality. I haven t switched my body wash or detergent so I kind of thought I could rule out anything like that. Thoughts?

I have read ur query carefully n understood ur complaint that u may have possibility of allergic contact dermatitis due to soap n detergent also known as Pompholyx in which deap seated vesicles are seen On palm n sole......
in my opinion a simple moisturizer in morning n clobetasol cream for local application at night in affected area with strict avoidance of soap n detergent
