What Causes Liquid Filled Bumps On The Feet?

I've been getting small liquid filled bumps on the side and/or bottom of my feet and I noticed it happens more if I have on shoes but don't lace them up. If I poke or cut them to release the fluid the skin on my feet gets sore after I cut away the skin around the bump. Is this normal and what can be done for treatment.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that this could be eruption of maculo- papillary lesions, you are suppose to cut the lesion this could flairs up the reaction, the best way to apply the steroid preparation and the best option would be "Mometasone" cream, if this fails to respond then you need to see the skin specialist, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
