What Causes Limes Disease?

Uhm well i was wondering if i have limes disease. I am 14. aND my mum was bitten by two tics and showed symptoms such as ; drowsiness, headaches, fatigue. I soon after started feeling really tired and got bad back pains. Could i possibly have it? because i have gotten a blood test but results have been lost.
