What Causes Lightheadness And Blood In The Mouth?

My 16 yr old son plays football and basketball, he went away this weekend with his mother and they drove to Disneyland from Stockton Ca, he woke up this morning feeling lightheaded and blood in his mouth, he didn t go to summer school but he did go to football practice, he says he s been feeling horrible all day and just wants to rest, he wants to wait a few days to see if he feels better, should I wait to see how he feels in the morning? Or take him to emergency right now?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this condition need to be examined clinically because without this nothing can be said on concrete level in my opinion keep the child under the clinical observation, and no need to worry about this, if this is continue then some investigation may needed, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
