Within the last year I have developed light headedness and it seems to be getting worse. It can happen at any time but of course it is worse when getting up from stooping down. Now it is getting bad at the end of my workouts and lingers on afterwards. In fact, today, while I was in the store after my workout I thought I was going to faint. Again, it can happen any time during the day, even while just standing upright and not exerting myself. The most important information I feel is that I never had symptoms like this in my life. Now, about my previous and current health and lifestyle. I am a 48 year old male that has been working out since the 7th Grade. In fact, that is what I am known for. I have never smokes or taken drugs but have drank (heavy at times) until a few years ago. Didn t have the problems then. Ironically, only some time after I quit. I m not a vegetarian but I have always watched what I eat. And I do know about nutrition. In fact, I took Human Nutrition, Fitness, Anatomy, Physiology, etc. in college so I do know how the body works for a layman.I would appreciate any comments.Thank you,Jon Meier320 Fieldcrest DrRed Bud, IL 62278
