What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness, Headache, Muscle Soreness, Dry Cough And Painful Urination?

I feel light headed and dizzy. I believe this could be from my sinuses. I m having headaches my muscles are sore like I ve been working out. I feel very weak and run down. And, It s very painful to urinate. I also have a dry cough. This has been going on for about 4 days. Now, I will say that I m 62 years old but very healthy as far as I know. No alcohol or tobacco and I normally work out almost everyday. I do work in the heat and I do take the generic flow max. All my symptoms just seem so extreme. Should I be worried or do I just have a summer cold?

all problem are separate and not related.for cough consult pulmunologist. get urine culture and sensitivity test. refraction should be done and if error is detected it should be corrected. youare taking flow max which is related to hyper platia of prostate. flowmetry should be done and take ultra sound prostate. donot take any medicine without doctors advise, drink more water.can take alcasol three times daily should consult general physician.youare having to much anxiety and psychological problem. take counseling from clinical psychologist.
