General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic Community . I think , 120/85 is good reading of BP and its normal . Probably you are using Olmetec Plus 40/25 mg , and before your BP was fine with half of its dose when you underwent some procedure . better take medication in the morning after your breakfast and do discuss with your GP if the side could be reduced to half as before . Orhetwise this dose is fine , if your BP remains 120/ 80-85 . most probably you are dizzy because of less BP . Hope I have answered your question . please feel free to ask any follow up questions .
