What Causes Lightheadedness After Switching From Fosamax To Boniva?

I have been taking fosamax for probably 10 yrs and have recently switched to Boniva. I sometimes feel light headed and get cramps in my hands and back almost every day
. I am reading that maybe it's the
Boniva. I have osteopenia in my spine and osteoporosis in my hips. I had breat cancer 20 yrs ago and leukemia 5 yrs ago. I'm wondering if I should go back to the fosamax.
