At seven weeks, finding of only sac and no baby or embryonic pole in it in ultrasonography is not a good sign. This condition is called as Blighted ovum. These pregnancies do not continue and usually get aborted by themselves. The bleeding you are seeing is probably starting of the abortion process. Let the pregnancy get terminated. Do not worry about it. It is not a fruitful pregnancy.
If the doctor advises for termination of pregnancy, accept the advice.
You should not get disheartened by such blighted ovum and abortion. This condition is not known to recur usually. Hope that next time you will have a normal pregnancy with normal baby.
