What Causes Light Period With Headache And Drowsiness?
I am early for my period, no symptoms. Started bleeding Friday, but only when I go to bath room? No need for tampon. Light headache and sleepy. The blood is bright red, usually I have it is darker. Light cramping Normally my period last a day or so a few tampons then I am done

bright red bleeding is matter of concern if it is profuse and diffferent from previous one than
you definitely have to visit a doctor it could be because of unnoticed infection or threatened abortion
cramps abdominal pain with lightheadnesss may be associated with periods only
Please take tab pantoprazole 40 mg with antispasmodic drug
have plenty of fluids
