What Causes Light Period With Blood Clots?

hello sir.i am 23 years old.i am facing problems during my periods.first of all my period cycle remains only for 3 days.within three days it gets over.during these three days blood flow is very less and most of the time blood flows in the clot form.so i am little tensed.please tell me the exact issue and also the solution.

The menstrual cycle can vary from one person to the next so it is possible that the cycle can normally last only 3 days in some persons.

If your cycle is normally longer then it is possible that the reduced flow may be due to : (1) side effect of medication- eg oral contraceptives
(2)excess physical activity
(3)physical or emotional illness

If you are concerned then you need to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
