Our 3 year old daughter fell from a shopping cart and landed on her head. It happened so fast that I m not sure what part of her head and/or body hit first. She cried for a few minutes but was right back up and running around. I noticed that her previously runny nose had turned to blood colored. It s been almost 24 hours and she still has a little bit red snot coming. I would guess the equivalent to about a drop of blood every 4 hours. She has no bumps on her head and shows no other symptoms of anything wrong. Perfect balance, speech, appetite, etc. Should we be concerned?
