What Causes Light Headedness And Body Ache?

My husbands blood pressure at 8.30am this morning was 154/75 At 10.30am he felt light headed and said that his whole body was aching. Took his blood pressure and it was 93/49 and pulse rate was 69. Should he do anything, he is laying down at the moment

You have not mention whether he is taking any medicine and this type of incidence occur first time or not. your husband has fluctuating blood pressure (BP). please take thrice BP now and take the average of it would be the actual BP of your husband. now if low at lying position low, then elevate both the legs for some time will increase BP and also give some lemon with salt water will help in boosting up BP. if BP is still not clear, call the ambulance and give him emergency treatment
