General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Light brown discharge and abdominal pain after period points towards a pelvic inflammatory disease. Being gassy, bloated and diarrhea for a day tells me the abdomen should be investigated for an infection or infestation with a stool exam and culture.A cervical swap smear will tell why the discharge. See a physician for examination and work-up.In the mean time, pain medication like ibuprofen will relief you.
wish you a speedy recovery
