What Causes Lethargy While On Pristiq And Wellbutrin?

I have been on Welbutrin for years for depression and hasnt been working. My doctor has put me on Pristiq 50 mg with Welbutrin QOD. I haven t noticed any changes except being tired. I have no energy, but then again everything prior seemed like a chore. It has been 2 weeks and I don t feel any bettter, if anything more lethargic. Need more time?

With most anti depressants, the effect can be seen with 2 to 3 weeks after starting the medication.
You may want to consider waiting another few days to see if there is any change.

After the 3 week mark, if you do not feel any change, then you should speak to your doctor to let him or her know that you have not improved.
