Hi, my son 24 years old with no any neurological history underwent an mri because he had sinusitis . Except the sinusitis we found as incidental finding a lesion of 9 cm with oval shape , no contrast inhancement, no oedema ,bright at t2 and flair and very low at t1 at the sub cortical area of left parietal lobe. They said non specific finding and suggested follow up. Please, can you help me any more? Thank you.
