Hi, slightly turned out legs at 4 months of age is normal and it will get corrected as the child grows. This slight outward shape occurs due to position of legs inside womb in pregnancy and it gets corrected as the child grows. However, you should start vitamin d drops 400 IU per day till 9 months of age. Take care.
