What Causes Leg Cramps At Night?

I am getting terrible leg cramps overnight. Last night it was in my thigh and the back of my knee and it lasted over 30 minutes, This medicine if I take the full amount, does make my heart race the first hour. I have cut the pill in half and it does help a little but the leg cramps have to stop.

n take tab hifenac p twice in morning after food. if you are not comfortable with medicine can consult treating doctor and go for change.give the name of medicine. you should take the medicine only on doctors advice.
