I am a young 72 young woman with an agile body. I do lots of energetic Zumba. No Gold Zumba for me. Sometimes, I suffer from cramping on my legs at night. I drink electrolytes and eat banana. I get preoccupied as I really like Zumba, and would be difficult for me to stop. Can you suggest something else besides being hydrated. I also must point out that even the so called asthma that I have, might surface once a year in such a minor way, that I might use inhaler twice only. I do have type 11 diabetes. I am quite healthy.
