What Causes Leg Cramps And Nose Bleeds Upon Exposure To The Sun?

My son is24 years old, fit & healthy..... Started a job doing solar roofing 2 days ago & he is having cramping all over his body-arms,legs,stomach & head hurts. He did throw up today in the heat & had a bloody nose. He looks very lethargic & his eyes look sunken in. Any thoughts or ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that he may have an acute infection, possibly viral since these are more common.
Viral infections can cause generalized aches and pains and vomiting.

The bloody nose is not as common especially if there is no previous history of nose bleeds.
Because of this , especially if there are other unusual symptoms, he may need to be assessed.

I hope this helps
