What Causes Left Testicle To Be Bigger Than Right Testicle?

Hi Doctor.. I need one quick suggestion from you.. I found that my left testicle/scrotum is bigger than the right. When i touch my upper side portion of scrotum i feel like lot of big veins..but in the right side i dont feel anything.. I don feel any pain there too.. Not sure which i have to take note.. Please suggest me is there any problem in my testicle ?

Thanks for query .You have noticed your Left testicle to be bigger than Right and large veins in left scrotum

This is mostly due to Varicocele .However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon and following basic tests
1) Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum .
2) Colour Doppler study of the scrotum,
