What Causes Left Sided Pain, Tingling And Numbness?

i have been having pain and tingling and numbness on and off for the past 2 months on my left side. I was admitted to hospital back in febuary 2015 and they ran test and didn t find anything except that i am b12 deficiency. I take my b 12 pills and it went away but now its back again. I don t think its b12 deficiency.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic...

Tingling and numbness can be from b12 deficiency..
So repeat b12 level and if needed cynocobalamine injection can be taken for rapid correction...

Here disc problem like bulging disc, nerve compression should be ruled out...
Neurological examination and reflexes should be checked...
MRI spine done if needed....

If specific cause found corrected accordingly.....

Take care

Advise : Physician or neurologist consultation for examination and further work up
