What Causes Left Sided Headache With Blurred Vision And Slurred Speech?

Hi i have experienced left side head pain that causes blurred tunnel vision, funny speech, and i also have become very clumsy. the pain is always there and comes in waves that can range to a pain of 8 (out of 10). Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms need to be investigated and best would be CT head if this turned unremarkable then this is nothing to worry because this could be non specific then, you have not mentioned your age and gender here else something more specific could have been thought, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
