What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain?
I have been having this sharp chest pain on left side. It is more around the top area of breast radiating towards under armpit to my two small fingers. I have a history of stroke I am taking Xerolto and have a floating blood clot on left leg. I have been doing the finger, hand and looking in mirror for any droopiness. slight numbness in arm and very little on bottom part of left check. Chest hurts when I move this is why I think it might not be nothing but want to make sure

After going through your query I understand your concern.
I would like to tell you that it can be musculoskeletal pain but as previously you had CVA ( stroke) it's Better to get a evaluation done to rule out coronary artery disease
It's advisable for you to get an ECG and Echocardiography done and personally consult a Cardiologist to evaluate any heart disease.
