What Causes Left Abdomen Pain,sore Throat And Fever After Excess Walking?
We went travelling these past few days. We went hiking, went to caves, and walk a lot. Then the last day is just a rest day im wearing a tight skirt all day then ate dinner, after we ate dinner we went back to the hotel walking its like 2km walk. And i felt pain in my upper left abdomen. The weather is very cold coz we are in a mountain. I have sore throat too and fever. This is the 3rd day of the pain but its not that painful anymore. I dont feel it much when im walking. Is it getting better? Why is it happening? What is wrong? Please help me. :)

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection and this may take few days to come around till then you need to have complete bed rest and symptoms can be controlled with "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen " three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
