What Causes Leaky Rectum Post Rectocele Prolapse Surgery?
hi dr. after 2 years having rectocele prolapse surgery i still have leaking from the rectum. the leaking happens constantly for 2 hours before having the stool out and 2 hours constantly after having the stool out. plus i have 2 to 3 days constipation every week plus always i feel always i have urge to go to the bathroom. what i have to do for this 3 problems. Thank you

It is not mentioned here the nature of leaking, means what kind of leaking is there is it just clear liquid, blood, loose form of stool, mucus, because such condition is entirely depends on this, if this is just stool then problem could be with the sphincter, if this is mucus then this could be infection, and according that treatment being decided, hope this information helps, take care.
