What Causes Late Period Inspite Of Being On Nuvaring?

Hello, I have been on the nuvaring for several months now and my period always starts the day after I remove the ring and lasts for 5-6 days. However last month my period was one day late and only lasted 3 days. I am now 4 days late for my period and I had very very slight spotting today. I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests and they both came back negative. Should I be worried?

If this is not the pregnancy and if you are just worry about this then this is being ruled out, now for the irregular menses you have to wait for some time if this goes on happening every month then this need to be investigated some time with the hormone medicine this may happens, ( You have not mentioned your age, because this could be because of menopause ) hope this information helps, take care.
