What Causes Large White Blisters And Pimples On My Son's Testicles?

My son has large white blisters/pimples on his testicles. They are not causing him any pain, but he & I are both concerned. He just turned 14. They are very hard & he has tried squeezing/popping them & it is extremely difficult. He has quite a lot. He doesnt want me to schedule an appointment w/his pediatrician as his dr. is female & he doesnt want to show anyone much less a strange woman.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The causes of large white blisters and pimples on the scrotal skin of a boy of 14 can be due multiple sebaceous cysts and application of something that has caused the reaction to the skin.
Since this is a benign problem doing nothing and letting the skin adjust to his hormonal changes is also one strategy.
But should be seen by a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist at least once is a good idea.
Do not pop or so as it can cause infection and complications easily in this area.
