What Causes Large, Red Itchy Bumps On Both Legs?

I have some bumps (assuming bug bites). They are rather large, red, hard and itch. There are approximately 5 on each leg, mostly around knee and up. I do have one in the crease of my elbow. I have spent a lot of time outside. Also, a concern is we just recently purchased a used camper. (Beds, rugs, showers?) Just exploring everything I can think of.

Dermatologist 's  Response
hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have papular urticaria, caused by insect/bug bites on exposed areas.
my treatment advise would be:
1. wear full sleeves shirt and full pants.
2. apply mosquito repellent at night while sleeping.
3. apply topical corticosteroids like betamethasone valerate (0.1%) cream twice daily.
4. you can also take tab levocetrizine once a day at night time.
if you have pain or any pus discharge, do visit a dermatologist for a course of antibiotics, if needed.
wishing you good health.
thank you.
