What Causes Large Purple Mark On Throat And Constant Ear Infections?

Hi, I have had a large purple Mark on the inside of my throat towards the roof of the mouth on the left side. I have had constant ear infections on the left side now for a couple of years and I have noticed this purple area now for about six months. Would you have any idea as to what it may be?? Regards Kerri

this purple mark , in my opinion is due to presence of some clotted blood. you should need to get your coagulation profile done to rule out any bleeding disorder. regarding ear problem, they are known to remain chronic. I would like to examine you before commenting on it, as there are many different ear problems. you should visit ENT specialist nearby.
