What Causes Large Mass Spreading Into Pelvic Area And Around Kidney?
my two year old son has a lump on his left leg right above his knee. he had an mri that showed a large mass that is spreading into his pelvic area and around his kidney. its only on the left side. he is in a lot of pain. they did a biopsy and proscribed pain medician. they said 5-7 days they will get the results and its been a week and they still don t have the results. what do u think it is? what can I do to help?

It's difficult to diagnose without examining, Based on your description I think it could be any benign or malignant tumour. Biopsy result usually takes around 3-4days.If additional investigation like IHC is required then it may take few days more. U should wait for the biopsy report.
