What Causes Large Dark Patches On Face?
hi, i have developed large dark patches on my face during the last year, i m white but have been living in goa and singapore. i have been keeping covered in the sun and wearing spf50. i m staring to wonder if it could be caused by something other then the sun.

Hello dear,
there are many causes of dark patches on face,
it could be melasma (usually sets in after pregnancy, may be due to sunlight),
or it could be reilhs melanosis (pigmentation due to allergy to cosmetics).
you can consult your GP1 or dermatologist to get prescribed the creams containing hydroquinone 2%/4%
