What Causes Lack Of Concentration, Headache And Temperature Variation?

Symptoms: Can t regulate temperature - hot then cold then hot on repeat Been sleeping every night after work and not waking easily for the past week At the start of the week really hungry, last few days needed prompts to eat and would much rather sleep Couldn t concentrate at work today - partially due to temperature On and off headaches which is unusual for me

Regarding your concern I think that it may be caused by a hormonal imbalance.
I would recommend to do a thyroid function test and a cortisol plasmatic level. Both these hormones imbalances can cause similar symptoms.
Other tests may be necessary to find out the cause of this hormone imbalance, like a thyroid scintigraphy or a brain MRI.
