What Causes Lack Of Body Movement In A Heart Patient?

My husband has cad. He could not get up out of bed and stand. I got him into a wheelchair and to the bathroom. I held him up while he urinated. He said he felt odd, but could not describe the feeling. I am assuming a Tia. He is resting comfortably now. What is the possibility of this occurring again, soon as in hours or days?
