What Causes Lack Of Appetite While On Tylenol?

My eight year old granddaughter just went back on vyvanse this am after being off it this summer. She didn t eat anything all day until I forced her into eating a peach. She also had a headache while she was at her open house so I gave her Tylenol liquid when we got home. I noticed her licking her lips and then I realized it was the same motor tick she developed last year when she was using this drug. I wasn t going to give her any tomorrow but have just read some comments about opening the capsule and giving her half in applesauce in the am. Do you think I should try this or take her off the meds until we can get back into her Drs. School starts on Wednesday.

Hi,

Loss of appetite to the extent of weight loss may be hepatitis, gastritis, lack of enzymes, anemia, or hypertension.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an ultrasound, gastroscopy, S.G.P.T and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms enzymes, hematinics, and protein supplements, till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein-rich foods, to have an early recovery, and to have good resistance.
