What Causes Lack Of Appetite Post Termination Of Pregnancy?

Its been 3 or 4 weeks since I ve had a surgical abortion and I m not starting to feel sick & I dont want to eat food. It kinda seems like how I felt when I was pregnant, so is possible that I m just feeling these symptoms because I may be coming on my period now?

no it is your psychological problem.dyspepsia can be post abortion problem. take tab uni enzyme andiron supplement with vit b complex. get checked by gynecologist to confirm abortion is complete.
