What Causes Lack Of Appetite And Yellow Whitish Thick Mucus Discharge?

I woke up 5 nights ago needing the toilet and I had murky water coming from my back passage. This lasted a few days - no other symptoms other than felling slightly sick and loss of appetite. for the last two days it is a yellow/ whitish thick mucus that is now coming out. I feel like I need to go to the loo but have been straining so much I have piles. The dr though I had a bacterial infection but this isn t getting any better - should I go back?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Related to your intestinal problems for which your Doctor has seen and obviously must have treated you without much relief.
I would advise you the following:
Send stool for tests.
Tests of blood and urine.
Ultrasound
Colonoscopy.
This will give definite diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
