What Causes Knuckle Pain After An Injury?
I punched the wall just about a few weeks ago, well my knuckles didn t swell just turned red just about a half hour with discomfort from what I just did, how ever it being a few week now their is no pain what so ever or swelling which is good but if I push pressure on a certain spot it hurts. Is that just internal brusing?

If you can move it without pain or discomfort you don't need to check it. The pain when you press to it can be related to any fibrotic tissue forming at the place of injury.
