What Causes Knot Under Knees After An Injury?

Hi, so about three weeks ago I fell and my left knee took the full impact, so naturally it formed a bruise. The bruise went away after about a week and a half but the area under my knee is still tender and feels like a bruise, it s been there for over a week and it now feels like a knot has formed, also it s become painful to walk after a long period of time. Is this normal?

HI
Well come to HCM
Knee joint is very fragile one and highly vulnerable to injury, in case of injury great care need to be taken, initially pain and discomfort can be treated with analgesic medicines, if the pain does not subsides and goes on increasing then joint need to be investigated, and this is not normal one and should never be taken lightly, take care.
