Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Though unprotected intercourse with HIV partner is the major risk factor of getting HIV infection, but it is not necessary that you will definitely get infection through unprotected intercourse.

If your immune system is good, then you may not get infection. One more important thing is that you don't know about the status of your partner.

Negative ELISA after 10 weeks of exposure indicates that you are free from HIV infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
