What Causes Jaw Pain After Knee Surgery?

I had my knee replaced on June the 8th. I can home with no complications. I had a nerve block and a spinal and some twilight. No intibation . Since I ve been home my mouth hurts terribly. I ve got ulcers in a cluster right inside my lip. They dont hurt like normal ulcers. My mouth is always dry, but seems worse now. And is extremely sensitive to spices. Please at least point me in the right direction.
