Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What can cause greenish yellow vaginal discharge and itching? All yeast, BV, and STD tests came back negative. It has been going a month, it s seriously depressing me. O took multiple prescription medications for yeast amd BV amd still nothing. All tests and swabs showed no infection.
Based on the description I believe you to be having Bacterial Vaginosis. If you are sexually active, the bumps you have could be Herpes infection. Only physical examination can confirm the same. Its a common for herpes to present with associated bacterial infections like Vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is treated with a course of suitable antibiotics, consult your gynecologist for the same. Sooner you are on the treatment, better will be the recovery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
