General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the description I believe you to be having Bacterial Vaginosis. If you are sexually active, the bumps you have could be Herpes infection. Only physical examination can confirm the same. Its a common for herpes to present with associated bacterial infections like Vaginosis. Bacterial vaginosis is treated with a course of suitable antibiotics, consult your gynecologist for the same. Sooner you are on the treatment, better will be the recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
