What Causes Itchy White Bump On Pubic Area?

Hi,I ve got a kind of white bump in the pubic region (exactly to the left of the shaft towards the thigh.) with no blood or puss secretion but with a sweet itch all the time when sweaty. Its been there for more than a month. But today when I pressed it, it was bleeding & the skin is broken & I could see a small hole type area. The broken skin is like a tiny lump attached to the skin.I havent been in any type of sexual activity.Please Help.Thank you.

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
From the description, it seems like you have got a viral infection called Mollusca contagiosum.
For accurate diagnosis and treatment, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me.
