HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is the multiple condition you have for the skin condition of chest it can be managed with "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, for the eye condition "Ofloxacin eye drops" umbilical discharge could be due to infection and it may be pus collection and it may need clinical examination, for the dry cough it will be fine with "Levocetirizine" better to come out of the stress, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
