Hello,

As per your case history we need to know few details like:
• What type of spots are they -- falter, elevated, round, fluid filled?
• Do they increase in size?
• Are you having any systemic disease like diabetes?

Topical steroid cream will only give temporary relief. We need to diagnose the condition first for perfect treatment. It's highly recommended to undergo a skin biopsy for perfect diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
