What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Upper Lip?

I used just for men a few days ago and i had an allergic reaction. My beard began itching and it looks red in some spots and i grew small like rashes on my upper lip and they itch! I used the product before but this last application caused this itch and pimple like reaction! What can i use to relieve the itch and is it an infection and do i need to see a doctor or i can buy an over the counter medication? Help

Hi,
As you are having pimple like lesions in upper lip area it most likely to be a infection due to staphylococcus bacteria. The upper lip area is very commonly involved in staphylococcal infection as anterior nares colonize staphylococcus in most of us.
I will suggest you to visit your dermatologist and get it properly examined because you will require antibiotics for the treatment of your condition.
