What Causes Itchy Red Blotches On The Body Post A Flu Injection?

Hi I got the flu injection two days ago and have red blotches on my body that are traveling down my legs ,they blotches are not itchy but my legs and arms that have no blotches are very itchy.Four hours ago I have taken telfast 180mg but I am a lot more itchy now.what should I do?
