What Causes Itchy Rashes Spreading All Over The The Face?

under my beard I have a rash. It was for a long time located on my right cheek, about 2 inches in dia. now it has spread to 75% of my face. It is very flaky , itchy at times, Dandruff shampoo clears the flakes itchiness but never the discoloration. Could this be from skin mites?

Hi.

I would recommend avoiding the shampoo and other such strong chemicals. If you have no religious boundaries or restrictions, shave the beard and work with a dermatologist to help treat the cause. Only a clear visual examination along with a biopsy should help you better.
